Integration
How Repair Round works alongside AppFolio and Yardi
Repair Round sits before work-order creation, where non-portal communications need structure, urgency tagging, and human review. AppFolio remains the PMS/work-order system; Yardi can be connected through SFTP file exchange.
Where Repair Round sits
Tenant messages arrive by SMS, email, phone notes, and photo uploads — outside the portal. Repair Round turns those messages into a structured request card with an urgency tag and the missing facts made explicit, then waits for a coordinator to approve what happens next.
Your property management system stays the system of record for work orders, accounting, and leasing. Repair Round does not replace it.
AppFolio
Live direct API / webhook integration.
- Inbound: Property ID, Unit Number, Tenant Contact, Existing Work Order status
- Outbound: Structured Request Card, Urgency Tag, Prepared Work Order text
- Scopes: read:properties, write:work_orders, read:tenants
Independent integration; not an official AppFolio certified partner.
Yardi Voyager
Connector / File Exchange (SFTP).
- Inbound: Unit manifests and Vendor lists
- Outbound: Maintenance request summaries
- Permission scope limited to Maintenance Module read/write
Fallback: manual entry.
What stays with a person
AI prepares request cards and urgency tags. Dispatch, tenant communication, owner billing requests, and final resolution still require human approval.
Other systems
Portfolios on other property management platforms run on CSV import and manual entry. We publish integration details only for connections that are live and verified.
