A maintenance operations product. Built to be used.
Repair Round is software for the desk where tenant requests, vendor dispatch, and owner approvals collide. We built it because the existing tools either treat property maintenance like an IT help desk, or they're a feature buried inside a property accounting suite that nobody opens.
We work with property managers running anywhere from 50 to several thousand units. The product is shaped by their daily routines — the morning brief, the triage queue, the vendor brief, the tenant update, the owner approval thread.
How we build
Maintenance is the work.
Leasing gets the headlines. Maintenance is what tenants experience and what owners pay for. We build for the people who do that work.
Coordination, not ticketing.
Most ticketing tools were built for IT desks. Property work has tenants, owners, vendors, and physical units. Our model reflects that, not Jira's.
Honest software.
If a feature isn't ready, it's not in the product. No beta stickers, no teasers for unreleased work. What you see is what works.
Local matters.
A vendor across town can't service every neighborhood. A coordinator on the ground knows that. Our software respects that.
